My practice is focused primarily on Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), providing individualised care for lymphatic health, swelling, post-surgical recovery and ongoing support.
Remedial techniques may also be incorporated into lymphatic appointments where clinically appropriate and aligned with your treatment goals. Remedial-only appointments are reserved for an established group of ongoing clients.
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a specialised, gentle therapy focused on lymphatic health, fluid regulation and supporting healthy lymphatic function.
It may be appropriate for lymphoedema, post-surgical recovery, swelling, fluid retention and other presentations involving the lymphatic system.
Appointments are lymphatic-led and tailored to your individual presentation. Remedial and other supportive techniques may be incorporated where clinically appropriate.
Remedial Therapy

Remedial therapy focuses on musculoskeletal treatment, pain relief and functional support.
My remedial availability is now reserved for an established group of ongoing clients, and remedial-only appointments are no longer available through online booking.
All treatment fees are GST inclusive.
