Treatment,
Tailored
This isn’t a menu of treatments, it’s a toolkit for care.
Every body is different. That’s why each session is guided by what I feel under my hands and what you need most on the day.
I blend a range of techniques, always applied with intention, to support recovery, balance and long-term wellbeing.
What I Offer, When You Need It
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, rhythmic technique that supports the body’s lymphatic system by reducing swelling, easing heaviness and encouraging healthy fluid flow.
Whether you’re managing lymphoedema, post-surgery, using MLD to support sports recovery or seeking relief from fatigue, immune overload or general congestion, this specialised treatment offers evidence-informed care without force.
Each session is tailored to your unique needs, blending clinical expertise with a deeply restorative, calming experience that supports the body as a whole.
Remedial Therapies
Remedial massage is designed to relieve muscular pain, restore mobility, and release long-held tension while still offering space for relaxation if your body calls for it.
Depending on your needs, your treatment may include cupping to improve circulation and release fascial restriction, hot stones to melt tension and support nervous system regulation, or dry needling to target stubborn trigger points.
This is therapeutic work done with intention where strength meets sensitivity and healing doesn’t have to hurt.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is a targeted technique used to release deep muscular tension and deactivate trigger points with precision and control.
+ Read moreAsh’s approach is hands-on and responsive. Rather than leaving needles in place, each one is inserted and removed immediately, based on real-time palpation. This allows for continuous feedback and a more adaptive treatment—nothing is done by routine or guesswork.
Needling is only used when clearly indicated and never by default. It’s especially effective for chronic tightness, stubborn referral pain, or areas that haven’t responded to other techniques.
While the technique is clinical, the experience remains supportive. Needling is integrated into a broader treatment plan with care, respect, and your comfort in mind—aiming not just to release tension, but to help your body recalibrate and reset.
Cupping
Cupping is a gentle, fascia-focused technique that uses negative pressure to lift and decompress the upper layers of tissue. This helps to release restriction, improve circulation and create space where the body is holding on.
+ Read moreAsh uses both traditional fire cupping (glass) and modern suction cups, applying each with care and precision. Unlike firm myofascial release or aggressive deep tissue work, cupping can be finely adjusted to your comfort level—and when used thoughtfully, it can be less likely to leave marks.
Cupping is never used by default. It’s chosen when palpation reveals fascial resistance or when the body would benefit from space, lift and gentle decompression. It’s particularly useful for releasing surface tension and enhancing the flow of a session without relying on heavy pressure.
This dynamic approach ensures that cupping is only introduced when it clinically supports your body’s needs in the moment. When integrated with intention, it can be a powerful complement to remedial massage—especially for persistent trigger points, chronic tightness, or areas of soft tissue restriction.
Each session is tailored to your unique presentation, blending therapeutic depth with a restorative experience that supports the body as a whole.
Hot Rocks
Hot rocks are used to introduce deep, sustained warmth into the tissues which encourages muscles to soften, fascia to release and the nervous system to shift into a state of rest and repair.
+ Read moreAsh uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of her hands and integrates them seamlessly into remedial treatments where appropriate. The warmth promotes circulation, eases tension and allows deeper release without added pressure.
This technique is especially supportive when working with protective holding patterns or clients needing a full-body exhale. Ash integrates hot rocks where warmth will enhance therapeutic effect, not just for comfort, but to create depth without force.
Hot stones are not just a comfort, they’re a clinical tool used with purpose. Grounding, nurturing and deeply restorative, they offer a sensory experience that soothes the body and quiets the mind.
